BODY MIND OPEN PRACTICE

WHAT IS IT?

This is the third live meeting in the series we've called "BODY WANTS TO BE ENLIGHTENED TOO," focusing on the body as a place and tool for practice, development, and healing.

There will be movement
There will be meditation
There will be voice work
There will be practice
There will be pleasure and concentration
There will be nature and fire
There will be soup with focaccia

All in our place in Kashubia: a glass-walled studio surrounded by nature.

SCHEDULE

11:00 - 12:00: Integral meditation
12:00 - 14:00: Movement practice
14:30: Soup
15:30 - 17:00: Movement and voice practice
17:00 - 18:00: Integral meditation
18:00: Integrative improvisation
Bonfire if the weather permits and participants are willing to join

There is an option to stay overnight for an additional 50 PLN if you bring your own sleeping bag.

Anna Haracz: body (dance, yoga, movement, voice)
Wojtek Ruk: mind, concentration, awareness, meditation

Suggested Price: 100 - 150 PLN for the workshop and vegetarian soup

Suggested means:

You can pay more because all the money you contribute goes towards further development of the place.
You can also pay less; write to us or call if money is the only obstacle.

Accommodation: A beautifully located house in a secluded place in Kaszuby, with a sauna, tennis court, terrace bathtub, garden, and fireplace.
