We live and practice here every day—
meditation, embodied practice, and silence.
We offer retreats and workshops,
as a natural extension of this way of living.
Our work is grounded in practice and creates the conditions
for direct experience.

I practice Integral Zen and co-create this place.
My practice is rooted in simplicity and directness—
returning to what is, without interpretation or adding meaning.
I study Ken Wilber's Integral Theory, as well as traditions such as Mahamudra and Kashmir Shaivism,
which deepen the understanding of practice.
I work with the body, awareness, and direct experience.
For over 30 years, I have been practicing and teaching, bringing together movement, awareness, and emotional work.
In my work, I create the conditions for direct experience—
where the body becomes a path to a deeper understanding of ourselves.
