What happens when spiritual realization is not separate from the body, health, relationships, and the way we live?
This seven-day retreat brings together two complementary fields of exploration.
Bhavanishankar will guide us into Trika and Recognition — the direct recognition of Consciousness as the reality expressing itself through the entirety of manifestation, and the exploration of how this Recognition can inform the whole field of human life.
Kaisa Tokoi will bring the perspective of Ayurveda, subtle-body awareness, and energetic healing, exploring patterns, contractions, and imbalances that may prevent deeper alignment from being fully embodied.
Together, we will explore:
What becomes possible when we recognize our deepest nature — and allow that recognition to reach into the body, our health, our relationships, and everyday life?
The seven days will include teaching, meditation, contemplation, direct inquiry, Ayurveda, subtle-body and energetic exploration, dialogue, and shared practice.

The price includes the retreat, accommodation and a simple mung bean cleansing diet.
Shared rooms for 2 or 4 people are available, or you are welcome to bring your own tent.
The nearest airport is Gdańsk Airport.
We can pick you up from Gołubie Kaszubskie railway station.
You are welcome to arrive one day before the retreat and/or stay one day afterwards.
Bhavanishankar and Kaisa are travelling from the United States to Poland, making this a special opportunity to spend seven days practicing, exploring and being with them in person.
