This place grew out of a way of life, rather than a project.
We live here and practise every day — meditation, bodywork and being in silence.
We offer retreats and workshops as a natural extension of this path.
Our work is grounded in practice, creating the conditions for direct experience.

I practise Integral Zen and help shape this place.
My practice is grounded in simplicity and directness — returning to what is, without interpreting or assigning meaning.
I study Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory, alongside traditions such as Mahamudra and Kashmir Shaivism, which deepen my understanding of practice.
I work with the body, awareness and lived experience.
For over 30 years, I have practised and taught approaches that bring together movement, awareness and emotional work.
In my work, I create space for direct experience — allowing the body to become a pathway to a deeper understanding of ourselves.
